Mark Latham’s lawyer has served a subpoena on tech billionaire Richard White for communications between Mr White and Mr Latham’s ex-lover Nathalie May Matthews.

The subpoena on the WiseTech Global co-founder and former CEO has been filed in the NSW Local Court in response to Ms Matthews domestic abuse allegations against the NSW independent MP.

Ms Matthews has also been served with a subpoena for her communications with Mr White. Mr White is not accused of any wrongdoing.

The subpoenas, served by Mr Latham’s lawyer Zali Burrows, were made as part of his legal efforts to oppose an apprehended violence order (AVO) application Ms Matthews has made against Mr Latham following the breakdown of their relationship, during which she claimed she was the victim of domestic abuse.

Police have not laid any charges and Mr Latham has vehemently denied the allegations, which he has described as “comically false and ridiculous”.

Ms Matthews, a Liberal Party branch member and former council candidate, was in a relationship with Mr Latham for approximately two years before it ended on May 27.

While Mr Latham said he was unable to speak further on the matter given the legal proceedings, but declared that the relationship had been an open one: “It was never a monogamous relationship”.

Among Ms Matthews’ claims against Mr Latham include that he pressured her to “engage in sexual acts with others”, court documents state.

The subpoena served on Ms Matthews is in relation to contact made between her and Mr White while she was seeing Mr Latham.

It is understood Mr White and Ms Matthews met in 2022 or 2023, with Mr White understood to have paid for her to attend a WiseTech conference in Brussels around March 2024.

The Daily Telegraph is aware of communications between the billionaire and Ms Matthews from around May last year which are of a personal nature.

Ms Matthews runs a freight and logistics company based in Dubai called Matthews Services LLC.

Until recently, she also had an OnlyFans account called Bondi C** S***, which is understood to have had several thousands followers.

OnlyFans is a subscription-based social media platform where content creators share content to their fans for a fee.

While the Bondi C** S*** account has been deactivated, many of the photos of Ms Matthews have been taken by other adult website platforms.

Due to the graphic, sexual nature of many of the images, The Daily Telegraph has chosen not to publish the photographs.

Separate to these AVO proceedings, Mr White, 70, was last year embroiled in a civil legal action with Sydney wellness entrepreneur Linda Rogan.

Accusations were made amid a stoush between Mr White and Ms Rogan after the tech billionaire attempted to bankrupt her. Ms Rogan applied to the Federal court to have it thrown out with the pair settling their legal fight late last year.

The feud had been over a $90,000 bill for luxury furniture Ms Rogan allegedly purchased for a Vaucluse mansion Mr White had bought for her to live in.

In claims that were never tested before a court, Ms Rogan alleged she was evicted by Mr White’s lawyer after Mr White’s wife Zena Nasser, whom he had married in secret, had discovered the relationship.

Comment has been sought from Mr White and Ms Matthews.

Mr Latham is understood to have begun a relationship with Ms Matthews during the 2023 state election campaign.

Ms Matthews had been married to UK-born Ross Matthews for about seven years before their marriage ended in 2022.

However, it is understood Mr Latham came to the view during his relationship with Ms Matthews that she was still in regular contact with her ex-husband, which was an ongoing source of tensions between them.

The relationship between Mr Latham and Ms Matthews was of a highly sexualised nature, with Mr Latham declaring earlier this week: “I had a sex life that I’ve got to say was fantastic.”

The Daily Telegraph is aware of communications between the pair which show Ms Matthews also participated in often brash and sexualised commentary about other women, captioning one photo taken with a former federal candidate as “2 sluts love talking business”.

Ms Matthews and Mr Latham broke up on May 27. A subsequent text exchanged between the pair – leaked to The Daily Telegraph earlier this week – showed a message exchange between Mr Latham and Ms Matthews in which he accused her of “a physical attack”.

“The heinous monster I saw and that physically attacked me that Tuesday night is responsible for any heart issues you might have,” the independent MP wrote. ”Yes, I imploded on the person I love the most due to various external factors, and I never recall a physical attack,” Ms Matthews responded.

Mr Latham then said he reported “the attack on me” to parliamentary security.

Ms Matthews has firmly denied the accusation. No further action was taken regarding Mr Latham’s claims.

The Daily Telegraph understands the day after the hotel incident – on May 28 –, Ms Matthews sent a gift to Mr Latham – a framed photograph of his two French bulldogs.

However, it is understood Mr Latham had decided to no longer pursue what he has described as “a situationship”.

On June 26, Ms Matthews was seen sitting with several Liberals and staffers, including Miranda MP Eleni Petinos, at a fundraising lunch in Parliament House.

Ms Pentinos told The Daily Telegraph that she was not involved in the AVO application.

Several days later, Ms Matthews filed her AVO application in the NSW Local Court accusing Mr Latham of subjecting her to “a sustained pattern” of psychological, financial, and emotional abuse – all of which Mr Latham strongly denies.

NSW Liberal Party vice president and Hawkesbury Council Deputy Mayor Sarah McMahon has been enlisted by Ms Matthews to as her lawyer in the case.

The matter will be heard at Downing Centre Local Court on July 30.
