Introducing the Wynns Winemaker Dinner - a spectacular six-course celebration of flavour, paired with expertly selected wines from Coonawarra’s iconic Wynns Estate.
Sarah Pidgeon, the award-winning winemaker behind these celebrated vintages, will be hosting the evening in person, guiding guests through a curated wine flight and sharing her insights on each pour.
The evening’s menu has been designed by Mindil Beach Casino Resort’s executive chef, Gaurav Gulati.
With experience in prestigious kitchens worldwide – including Michelin-starred restaurants – the menu reflects his global experience, meticulous technique, and deep passion for fine food.
