CHIEF Minister Michael Gunner has revealed his government is awaiting legal advice over whether he could make Covid-19 vaccination status a condition of entry to the Territory.

Mr Gunner made the announcement after slamming the Covid-19 positive man who triggered the Top End lockdown and has since refused to say whether he’s had the jab.

“I would like to know his vaccination status,” Mr Gunner said.

Mr Gunner said vaccination status determining whether a person could travel interstate was an active topic within national cabinet, but promised he would “do whatever it takes to keep Territorians safe”.
