Meatstock Toowoomba set to be bigger, better in 2025

Toowoomba’s favourite and only finger-licking good barbecue festival is set to return with an event like none before. Check out when tickets go on sale here.

Meat fanatics will rejoice as the organisers of Toowoomba’s favourite barbecue inspired festival announce its 2025 return.

Meatstock is set to fire up in the Garden City between March 7-8 next year, promising its fourth time around to be bigger and better than before.

The 2025 event will see a number of national and international teams battle in the Heat Beads BBQ Wars competition for the title of best in their specific protein category, along with a Butcher Wars event producing a meat-filled showdown.

More than one international country music artist will take the stage in 2025, along with a number of homegrown artists.

Festival director Jay Beaumont said the team works tirelessly to keep things new and exciting every year.

Mr Beaumont said they’ve secured additional vendors for the 2025 event, priding themselves on showcasing the best low and slow cooked meats in the country.

The 2024 event brought more than 20,000 people to the Toowoomba Showgrounds over the three-day event which saw strong man displays, a Best Dad Body competition, a rodeo and much more.

Tickets for the 2025 event will go on sale September 18 at 8am through the Meatstock website.
