A MAN who suffered hot fluid burns to his face and hands north of Toowoomba was taken to hospital for treatment.

A MAN who suffered hot fluid burns to his face and hands north of Toowoomba was taken to hospital for treatment.

Queensland Ambulance paramedics were called to treat a man on the side of the New England Highway at Hampton just after 7.35pm Wednesday.

Reports indicated the adult male had suffered burns to his face and hands from hot fluid from a vehicle.

Paramedics treated the man before transporting him to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
