JOE Wagner Group, originally Joe Wagner Earthmoving, was founded by Joe and Mary Wagner in 1985.
This year marks the 30th anniversary for the company servicing Toowoomba and surrounding districts.
This earthmoving, civil contracting and plant hire business started from humble beginnings with just a few backhoes and trucks to now having a comprehensive fleet of modern equipment and machinery, integrated management systems, certifications and pre-qualifications for any major projects.
While Joe Wagner Group is spreading its wings further into QLD and NSW regions, Toowoomba and its immediate surrounds remains its core business and the company is determined to retain that local base into the future.
Joe Wagner Groups managing directors, brothers Nick and Jim Wagner (sons of Joe and Mary Wagner) maintain a huge focus on the employees being a critical part of the business and would like to take this opportunity to thank all employees, both past and present, for their hard work representing and promoting Joe Wagner Group into the company it is today.
Worthy of special mention are Jeff Wirth and George Grieshimer who have been with the company since its inception those 30 years ago.
Jim and Nick keenly display their commitment to their employees with the recent introduction of a new HR system and a 'four pillars' approach to the business, namely: Pride, Support, Lifestyle and Value, where the team is the foundation.
