It’s understood the driver was assessed, but emergency treatment was not required.
Firefighters were first to the scene after a triple-0 call was made.
The front fence of a home could be seen damaged and a white utility had come to a stop in the front yard.
A green P-plate was displayed on the vehicle.
An FRV spokesman said the scene was deemed safe and under control within 20 minutes of the accident.
The occupants of the vehicle were not trapped and escaped unharmed.
A Victoria Police spokesman confirmed the smash.
An investigation is ongoing.
It comes after an accused drunk-driver allegedly slammed his ute through into a fence in Curlewis last week.
The driver was nearly five times the legal blood alcohol limit when he hit two vehicles and ploughed through the colorbond structure on Oceania Drive on July 23.
The 41-year-old man is expected to be charged with serious offences.
He gave a positive breath test at the crash scene, at about 9.20am, before returning a reading of 0.244.
