Police are asking for help in the search for a 13-year-old Armstrong Creek girl, Charlotte, who has been missing for more than 24 hours.

She was last seen on Robinson St in Armstrong Creek around 12am on Wednesday.

A Police spokeswoman said after 24 hours there has been no update on her whereabouts.

“Police and family have concerns for Charlotte’s welfare due to her age and this being the first time she has gone missing,” she said.

Charlotte is described as caucasian with brown hair and a round face and was last seen wearing a grey or white tracksuit.

Anyone with information on Charlotte’s whereabouts is urged to contact Waurn Ponds Police Station on 03 5247 3500.
