Ms Rohan wrote on social media that the couple was “finally home with our baby boy”.
“After a sudden and premature arrival, what felt like the longest week and a bit in NICU, and an emergency admission to the Royal Children’s – we are just so blessed to finally take you home and start this little life of yours, Hugo,” she wrote.
The pair announced they were expecting a second baby at a friend’s wedding in March, with Ms Rohan sharing a picture of herself in the mirror holding her small bump.
Their first child, Gus, was born in February last year.
The Rohans announced they were expecting their “rainbow child” in August 2023, after the couple revealed they had suffered a devastating missed miscarriage.
Gary also shares two daughters, Sadie and Bella, with ex-wife Amie, who he split from in 2020.
The twin of their eldest daughter, Bella, died just five hours after birth.

On Gus’ first birthday, Ms Rohan posted to Instagram “missing our angels on our special days, always”.
