HAVING faithfully served Millmerran's Lutheran congregation since 1957, St John's Lutheran Church has been listed for sale by expressions of interest.

Buyers have two options.

The first is to purchase the land, church and hall at 5-7 Clare St, Millmerran as a whole.

If the property is not sold as a whole, expressions of interest will be considered for the removal of the church hall.

The parcel of land is made up of two titles, with a total area of 2,024 sq m.

The church itself features a large open area with a high ceiling, vestry, small dressing room at the back of the building, and a bell tower.

Both the vestry and the dressing room have outside access.

Two free-standing toilets and rainwater tank are located at the building's rear.

The church hall features a large kitchen, and main hall area with three separate rooms.
