A PAIR of properties with long-standing tenancies in the Toowoomba CBD have hit the market through an expressions of interest campaign.
The properties, made up of two titles, on Prescott St in Toowoomba City were put up for sale through Winten and Co Property Sales.
Popular stores like Andersens, the Salvation Army and MedTech are the tenants for the three properties.
According to the online listing, the sites offered an expected yield of around eight per cent.
"These properties are secured by three well-recognised, long-standing tenants, located in the busy retail hub on the inner city with great exposure to James St," the listing said.
According to RP Data, the sites were bought by a Victorian investor in 2003 for $2.145 million.
