A WHOLE town is up for sale. Street lights, a water treatment plant and a power depot; the whole kit and caboodle.
The town of Allies Creek, in Monogorilby was listed on Domain for $750,000.
The deal includes 16 Queenslanders and an old community town hall.
There is also a a de-commissioned saw mill with timber-framed and trussed open sheds.
The town is slated as perfect for caravan parks, conference centres, retreats, churches and private camps.
It is completely surrounded by forest and natural bushland.
Allies Creek is north of Dalby and west of Kingaroy - about a three hours drive from Toowoomba.
