A FOUR-star motor inn west of Toowoomba has hit the market, featuring a price tag of more than $1.1 million.

A FOUR-star motor inn west of Toowoomba has hit the market, featuring a price tag of more than $1.1 million.

The Dalby Mid Town Motor Inn on Condamine St was listed for sale last week through agency Tourism Brokers, which specialise in accommodation and motel sales.

Lead agent Mark English said the popular and well-reviewed motel enjoyed a 70 per cent occupancy rate and average visit lengths of three nights in the online listing.

"The outstanding reviews of this modern four-star accommodation have earned it a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, so there is little wonder that the guests keep coming back," he wrote.

"There's minimal work to be done outside, leaving more time to focus on running the business and with a long lease, this is an opportunity that shouldn't be missed."

The motel, which features a 30-year lease, also enjoys being on a main street in Dalby surrounded by the shops and restaurants.

According to RP Data, the land was last sold for $216,000 back in 2002 by St Mark's Lutheran Church in Dalby.
