Driver hospitalised after truck and car collide at Wellcamp

A MAN was hospitalised in a stable condition after his car hit the back of truck on Toowoomba-Wellcamp Rd. 

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said the motorist sustained minor chest and arm injuires, about 5.30am, today. 

He was transported to the Toowoomba Hospital. 

The truckie was uninjured. 

Last night two patients were assessed by paramedics after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of South St and Drayton Rd, at 6:03pm.

A woman suffered a minor chest injury was transported in a stable condition to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition. 

The other patient, a man, declined ambulance transport to hospital.
