FIRST they sold their automotive empire, now they've sold their incredible home.
Mark and Tracey Crampton sold Crampton Automotive Group to national giant AP Eagers in July.
Last month, the couple also sold their luxurious Tourist Rd mansion.
It was bought in August 2008 for $3.1 million and sold to the Cramptons in July 2010 for $2.35 million.
It was sold on September 28 for $2.5 million.
The home went on the market in late February and went to auction in March, where it failed to sell.
It was advertised as being for sale for lower than replacement value as the Cramptons had already purchased elsewhere and were eager to sell their home.
The 2179m2 residence has stunning views of Table Top Mountain and the Lockyer Valley.
The floor plan includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms including a secluded master bedroom wing, as well as garaging for six vehicles.
The home incorporates multiple living areas, a home office and large gym.
The central kitchen is beautifully designed and fitted with appliances.
There are extensive outdoor entertaining areas, a heated infinity pool and full size tennis court.
The home was sold by Peter Snow and Co Real Estate agent David Snow.
