It is very concerning when I read claims of bullying and harassment going on at the Toowoomba Regional Council between staff.

Many good people are leaving the organisation due to this constant abuse.

I would appeal to the TRC CEO Brian Pidgeon, the mayor, deputy mayor and all councillors to put in place a review of council policies regarding staff harassment and bullying.

There is no place for such ill treatment of employees in any modern organisation.

Time for the TRC leadership to shape up, or ship out.

DAVE FREDERICKS, Toowoomba
