A child has sustained non-life-threatening injuries after a bike and car collided at a Gold Coast tourist park.

A young child was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital with abrasions, a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said.

Three ambulance units attended the incident at the Main Beach Tourist Park, which was reported just before 9am on Christmas Eve.

The QAS spokeswoman said the child did not appear to be too seriously injured.
