Billionaire Brazilian investor Jorge Paulo Lemann’s multimillion-dollar superyacht has been spotted in the Far North, just weeks after it was spotted in New Zealand.
The 62-metre vessel is currently docked at the Cairns Marlin Marina and has been there since June 28.
It is worth $100,000,000 US dollars and was the first delivery of luxury yacht company Damen Yachting’s SeaXplorer range in 2020.
At 84, Mr Lemann is known for being a billionaire investment banker, businessman and former tennis player.
He co-founded global investment firm 3G Capital which owns brands such as Burger King, Anheuser-Busch and Heinz and is permanently based in Switzerland.
His boat’s arrival follows that of mining magnate Clive Palmer, who docked in Cairns last month for the first leg of his Freedom Conference at the Cairns Convention Centre with Tucker Carlson.
