A middle-aged man was allegedly seen naked and “performing an indecent act” in a public park in the middle of the day.

A middle-aged man was allegedly seen naked and masturbating in a public park in the middle of the day.
Witnesses told police they saw the 55-year-old Daintree man naked about 12.30pm on Front Street in Mossman.
He was located a short time later and arrested by Mossman detectives.
Police refused bail and the man is scheduled to appear in the Mossman Magistrates Court on Thursday, April 10.
