Emergency services have raced to the scene of a serious two-truck crash that has shut down a major highway in South Australia.
Police and paramedics were called to the Eyre Highway near Yatala, a remote town about 1000 km west of Adelaide, about 6.45am on Thursday.
Two trucks reportedly collided and the highway is now shut in both directions.
“All trucks should park at Yalata or other major service stations,” the police said on Thursday morning.
“Please be patient while crews attend the scene.”
