Moreton Bay, Qld: Urgent search for missing 12yo girl

Police are seeking assistance from the public in finding a young Queensland girl who hasn’t been seen since Sunday.

Police are seeking urgent assistance in finding a 12-year-old girl from Moreton Bay, Queensland.

The Murrumba Downs girl was last seen at a Roma St train station on Sunday, October 13 about 12.30pm.

“Police and family have serious concerns for her welfare due to her young age,” a Queensland Police statement read.

It’s understood the girl may be in the North Lakes area, where she is known to frequent local shopping centres.

The 12-year-old is described as having a caucasian appearance, is slim and about 150cm tall with brown/blonde hair. She was last seen wearing black pants and a black midriff top.

Anyone who has seen the girl or has information is urged to immediately contact police.
