A fridge repairman was left in stitches after his client left a scathing note on the front door, complete with a set of brutal instructions.
John* is a fridge service technician and was called out to a house for a job.
The client who booked the job, Dave, needed to get his fridge fixed, but informed Dave he wouldn’t be home while the job was completed.
Not fussed, John made his way to the house to fix the fridge. But he was shocked when he found a piece of paper taped to the front door.

“Do NOT interact with my pregnant wife for ANY reason”
As John walked closer, he saw a note from Dave, who scheduled the repair service.
Written on the paper was a list of rules, and Dave certainly wasn't mincing his words.
“Do NOT interact with my pregnant wife for ANY reason,” the note read, underlining words for added emphasis.
“Stay in the kitchen ONLY until you complete your job and leave quietly,” it read, telling John to call him if he needs the location of the house key.

If you thought that was unnecessary, just wait.
“P.S.,” read his final remark. “We don’t need or want your card.”
John was amused by the note, taking a snap and sharing it with his wife. It seems his wife also found the letter hilarious, as she couldn’t help but share it online.
“My husband is a repair technician working on their fridge,” she wrote in the Reddit post.

“Is it really that hard to not be a dick?”
The Reddit community didn’t know whether to be shocked or entertained by the note, noting it was “unnecessarily aggressive” and reeking of insecurity.
“It reads like ‘crazy jealous husband’ the way it’s written,” read a comment.
“[There are] at least 100 other ways this could have been written where it didn't sound like it was written by a lunatic,” someone said.
“Right?” wrote a third. “And if he left a card, they could just… throw it in the trash?”
“Is it really that hard to not be a dick?” asked another.
Some argued Dave’s note was something straight out of an adult film.
“Guy watches too much p*rn and isn't sure the kid is his,” someone wrote.
“The reason for the sign is the wife is pregnant from the last fridge repair technician,” another joked.
But others smelled a rat and suspected Dave wasn’t even the one behind the letter.
“I'm 99 per cent sure that's the wife's handwriting,’ wrote an amateur detective.
“Do you think Dave even wrote this or is the wife just wanting to be left alone?” someone questioned.
