Monster challenge: Can you eat two 18-inch pizzas?

TOOWOOMBA's newest Italian restaurant is hosting a unique opening special, a monster pizza challenge.

Bel Cibo Toowoomba, located in the new Eastville Shopping Centre, will run the challenge until May 31.

The challenge involves eating two of the stores giant 18-inch pizzas.

"Eat two Monster Pizzas in 30 (minutes) and it's free," Bel Cibo Toowoomba wrote on its Facebook page.

"However, if the challenge isn't completed in the allocated time frame, customers will be required to pay for the two pizzas. 

"Do you have what it takes?"

Each monster pizza individually costs $40 and can be made with the toppings of any of the restaurant's normal pizzas, which include BBQ chicken and bacon, garlic prawns and spinach as well as classics such as the Margherita and meat-lovers.

Bel Cibo Toowoomba served its first customers on April 14 and offers a wide range of pizzas, pasta, risotto, salads and more.  

Eastville Shopping Center is located at 11 Herries St, East Toowoomba.
