IF YOU can’t afford a house or an apartment, why not buy an entire town?

The Queensland town of Allies Creek, near Monogorilby is up for sale.

Located 373km northwest of Brisbane (which equates to a five-hour-drive), Allies Creek is home to 16 Queenslander-style homes, roads, street lights, a water purification plant and a power depot.

What’s the cost of this gem? Only a measly $750,000.
