For all things food, wine and music, there was only one place to be this weekend and that was Queens Park for the Festival of Food and Wine, held as part of the Carnival of Flowers for 2021.

Friday night saw the Festival of Food and Wine put on acts like Tia Gostelow and Ball Park Music to eager crowds as the weather provided a beautiful evening experience.

Saturday was more of the same as a capacity 8000 people enjoyed the glorious spring weather, as well as a variety of food and beverages from 25 different pop-up venues.

The festival wrapped up on Sunday with another bumper crowd flocking to the park to enjoy the music of Xavier Rudd and Busby Marou.

Organisers say thousands of people from across the Darling Downs and southeast Queensland attended this weekend’s event.
