Nope, this isn’t an accidentally tucked your skirt into your undies after the bathroom mistake, this is now fashion.

The ‘it’ girls of Hollywood are purposefully being spotted out with their undies on display.

2023’s most popular ‘it’ girl Julia Fox has just been spotted sauntering around decked out in all white outfit with her G-string on full display.

She’s boldy worn a white G-string over a pair of white pants and paired it with a white crop top.

It is outrageous and fabulous.

Supermodel and Kris Jenner spawn, Kendall Jenner, has been a massive advocate of the look and was recently spotted out on a date with Bad Bunny rocking the trend.

Jenner, 27, was seen wearing a see-through one-piece outfit with a high-cut black thong, the US term for G-string, placed over the top, and it certainly made a statement.

She paired that with some classic black heels and a high ponytail.

It is not like she was in an embellished look ready to head out on a catwalk. No, she was popping out to grab a bite to eat.

Jenner’s younger sister, Kylie, has also embraced the trend and was recently spotted prancing around in Paris wearing nothing but her white underpants and matching crop top.

She paired the matching white look with some black shoes, a chic floor-length trench coat and oversized sunglasses.

The accessories were the saviour; otherwise, you’d think she’d been caught in her underwear just sneakily trying to take her dog out for a morning pee.

The Jenner sisters aren’t the only ladies embracing the knicker-friendly trend. Nope, it is actually taking over.

Hailey Bieber has been spotted wearing a bra as a top and pairing the look with a blazer and some hot pants and heels.

Bella Hadid has been seen hitting the streets wearing tighty whities as pants and throwing them together with a leather jacket.

Even Emily Ratajkowski has been rocking the underwear as an outerwear look and pairing it with sheer dresses.

The most fashion forward women have been spotted rocking the look across the globe and that means it is here to stay.

The trend has become such a thing that regular women are keen to embrace it in their normal lives.

Fashion Influencers on TikTok are now sharing examples and advice on how to style underwear as outerwear.

The main tip is to add a classic clothing item so you don’t just look like you’ve forgotten to put your clothes on.

So think looks like wearing a bra, a denim mid-skirt, and a blazer. Adding more structured clothing to the more flimsy underwear trend is the ticket.

It is the difference between you looking chic or like you’ve forgotten to put your pants on.

There’s clearly a demand for this kind of fashion advice because the TikToks are racking up thousands of views.

A recent TikTok by creator Anna Grace has amassed over 500,000 views for commenting on the underwear trend.

The creator simply pointed out how Hadid and the Jenners are at the forefront of this new skimpy fashion look.

The majority of people commenting on the video are all for it.

“She ate this up,” one commented.

“Kendall and Bella slayed,” another praised.

“It is cute deal with it,” someone argued.

“I think a more wearable version is going to be the revival of hot pants shorts with tights underneath,” another theorised.
