"It's so annoying that I have to return them," she said. But can you even spot the glaring problem?

An Aussie mum was left scratching her head after receiving an online Kmart order with a glaringly obvious problem.

The bizarre stuff-up left her wondering how someone managed to overlook it when packing the order

She took to the Kmart Hacks and Decor Facebook group to share what happened.

"Now I have to return them"

Mum Kim ordered a pair of sparkly hot pink shoes for her daughter but was shocked to find that the budget retailer had sent her two mismatched shoes.

What's worse is that the shoes were also tied together, as if they were an actual pair.

One shoe was a size nine while the other was an 11, but the tag labelled them both as the latter.

"Well done, Kmart," she wrote.

"It's so annoying that I have to return them."

Thankfully, Kim could see the funny side of the situation and said she just wanted to share the photo "for a laugh."

Speaking to Kidspot, Kim told us that she understands how it could be an "easy mistake" to make.

She also said that she didn't even notice the shoes were the wrong size, even after she'd looked at them twice.

"This is classic Kmart"

And the group definitely laughed along with Kim, as well as sharing her shock.

"Oh my goodness," one user remarked.

Another chimed in, "How did someone see this and still pack the order?"

"This is classic Kmart," a different user stated.

Then another contributed this theory: "I feel like the people that pack some of this stuff do it just to mess with you."

And another shared their own experience, saying: "This reminds me of the soccer boots I got for my kid, both different sizes and left feet."

And another revealed that the same thing happened to her when she ordered women's sandals. "My sandals were sized seven and nine," she said.

A similar packing mistake has just gone viral

This incident comes after another Kmart shopper recently took to the group to share her own odd experience with an order.

Let's just say the packing person got a little... creative.

Aussie mum Ella took to the group to share a photo of the order which contained a variety of toys, including a hula hoop.

She wrote: "Ordered a hula hoop for my children at work and this is how it arrived…"

In the picture, you can see that the hula hoop has been bent out of shape in order to fit inside the box and folded so it fits snugly around the other items.

Needless to say, it had been so contorted while in transit that it was no longer useable.
