‘Will not sell houses separately’, Lambo Guy Adrian Portelli says of condition of Phillip Island complex sale

Adrian Portelli has put a call-out for expressions of interest in his mega Block compound seven months after he sensationally bought all five homes from last year’s series.

Adrian Portelli is offloading his Block compound at Phillip Island seven months after he sensationally bought all five homes that were auctioned on the grand final of last year’s series of the hit renovation show.

Portelli put out a call for expressions of interest in his mega Block complex via his social media on Tuesday night.

“For Sale. EOI. The Phillip Island Block Resort. Selling complex complete. Everything included. Will not sell houses separately,” he posted.

Portelli pulled off a clean sweep at The Block auction last November buying the five properties for a staggering total amount of $15.03m.

That included $3.5 million for the house renovated by sisters Maddy and Charlotte Harry.

Portelli paid $3.3m for the home made over by Courtney McInnes and Grant Freeman.

He dropped $2.93m on the property created by Kristian and Mimi Belperio, $2.7m for the home renovated by Ricky Recard and Haydn Wise and rounded out his “royal flush” by purchasing the home made over by Kylie and Brad Baker for $2.6m.

After the five auctions had been completed Portelli announced he was done with The Block and would not be in the market for Block properties in 2025.

The 2025 season of The Block is located in Daylesford.

Filming finished in early June and the show is expected to air in August on Channel 9.

The Phillip Island season of The Block saw contestants makeover the five homes within a former holiday resort on the Victorian tourist hotspot.

The properties were each offered separately for sale by The Block.

Portelli however is not willing to sell the homes separately.

In December, Portelli put the Phillip Island five home compound up as a prize in one of his mega prize giveaways.

The winner had the choice of taking all the homes or $8m in cash.

They took the cash.
