Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former assistant went to work for the queen of pop after quitting the music mogul as shock testimony kicks off the fourth week of the sex-trafficking trial.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs accused of raping former aid

The eight-week trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs has entered its fourth week, with a former assistant who has accused the rapper of sexual and physical abuse returning to the witness stand for a third day.

The complainant, identified by the pseudonym Mia, worked for Combs for eight years and has alleged during that time, she was raped, sexually assaulted, physically attacked, kidnapped and threatened with death.

Combs denies the allegations brought by Mia and other complainants including ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura.

He has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution across state lines.

Prosecutors allege he used his business empire’s cash and staff to commit crimes over a two decade period.

Combs is accused of coercing women, including Ms Ventura and another girlfriend known as Jane, to take part in days-long sex parties with male escorts that he directed and filmed and later threatened to release if they did not comply with his wishes.

$500 FOR OIL DAMAGE: HOTEL EMPLOYEE TESTIFIES AGAINST DIDDY

Sylvia Oken, who works in sales for the Beverly Hills Hotel, testified that Sean “Diddy” Combs was charged US$500 by the Beverly Hills Hotel to cover “oil damages” in the room.

Oken testified for roughly 15 minutes and detailed for the jury how Combs on May 30, 2015 stayed at the hotel, which was forced to charge him $500 “for oil damages.”

The room cost him nearly US$3,000 total for the single night stay.

Prosecutors told the judge that tomorrow morning they plan to call to the witness stand Eddie Garcia, a security guard who worked at the hotel where Sean “Diddy” Combs was caught on surveillance video allegedly beating Cassie Ventura.

Garcia worked at the InterContinental hotel in Century City, Los Angeles on March 5, 2016 when the infamous attack took place.

He will be testifying under immunity.

MIA WORKED FOR MADONNA AFTER QUITTING DIDDY

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former assistant, Mia, testified that she worked for Madonna after she stopped working for the music mogul.

Mia told the jury that she worked for the Queen of Pop for eight months after parting ways with the Bad Boy Records founder in 2017.

During her time working for Madonna she was in charge of “a myriad of things,” Mia said.

“Do you have evidence that you were blacklisted?” defence attorney Brian Steel asked Mia.

Madonna “didn’t care about that,” Mia said.

Steel then asked Mia to confirm that there was “no retribution or retaliation by Mr. Combs after you went to mediation.”

“He took away the TV show I created,” Mia retorted. “He took away the credit I was promised in the documentary.”

MORE CELEBS NAMED IN MIA’S TESTIMONY

Three more celebrity names came up in rapid succession during the testimony of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-assistant Mia, as her text messages about A-listers were shown to jurors.

Mia - who worked for the Bad Boy Records founder from 2009 to 2017 - texted Combs many times in the years after she stopped working for him.

Mia texted the rapper on March 8, 2019 telling him to watch the Netflix show “Love” by comedic director Judd Apatow.

Mia also sent Combs a text on May 14, 2020 about a tragedy in Dr. Dre’s life. It wasn’t immediately clear what she was referencing.

“Puff my heart is broken about Dre. I’ve spent all week crying for you as well,” Mia texted him.

Later she also texted about actor Chadwick Boseman’s death.

Combs replied: “How are you? Yeah, life is crazy.”

DIDDY ACCUSER TEXTED HIM ABOUT R. KELLY NIGHTMARE

Mia was questioned about a message she sent Combs in January 2019 after her employment had ended, detailing a nightmare she had that he saved her from R Kelly, the hip hop singer now serving a 30 year sentence for sexually abusing women and girls.

“Just thinking of you today and every day,” the message from Mia states.

“I had a nightmare I was trapped in an elevator with R Kelly and you came and saved me.”

After showing the message to the jury, Mr Steel questioned Mia: “The person who sexually assaulted you came and rescued you?”

“Yes,” she replied.

MIA WAS ASSISTANT TO ‘AUSTIN POWERS’ CREATOR MIKE MYERS

Mia is being questioned by Combs’ lawyer Brian Steel.

She was asked about her credentials before she took her jobs with Combs and detailed her time working for actor Mike Myers between 2008 and 2009.

Her CV tendered to the court described her duties as an assistant for the Austin Powers star that included providing “around-the-clock support seeing to all personal and professional needs of Mr Myers”.

“Kept inventory of all personal possessions and documentation, including passports, drivers licence, birth certificate, family certificates, memorabilia, awards, promotional items,” her CV stated.

The resume also outlined her duties supervising other assistants and managing the interview process for other staff.

DIDDY PUT TRACKING DEVICE ON CASSIE’S CAR

Sean “Diddy” Combs placed a tracking device on his longtime on-and-off girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s car, the hip-hop mogul’s former assistant testified.

“He’s stolen my phone many times, he’s stolen Cassie’s phone many times,” one-time assistant Mia told the jury.

“He’s put tracking devices on her car. I’m not sure what he’s capable of. I was terrified.”

MIA QUIZZED ON WHY NO SEX ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS IN SETTLEMENT TALKS

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former assistant Mia was asked by the rapper’s defence lawyer Brian Steel why she didn’t accuse Combs of sexual assault during settlement talks in 2017.

Mia confirmed that she originally asked for US$10 million but settled, during mediation, for US$400,000, which was split with her attorneys in 2017.

Mia said she wasn’t aware that sexual assault could be used in settlement negotiations.

Mia has testified that the first time she brought up sex assault claims was with prosecutors in 2024.
