Raquel Leviss is taking action against her Vanderpump Rules co-stars who may have obtained a recording of her intimate FaceTime session with Tom Sandoval that ended his relationship with Ariana Madix.

Leviss had her lawyers send a legal letter to cast members imploring them to delete the video and stop sending it around, as the 28-year-old claims it was recorded “illegally without [her] knowledge or consent”, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Leviss’ lawyers cited a California law against revenge porn, which makes it a crime to invade someone’s privacy by disseminating “nonconsensual pornography.”

Although the letter specifically demands the video not be passed around, it reportedly does not state that Sandoval, 39, recorded it.

The lawyers ordered anyone in possession of the recording to promptly delete it from their phones, the cloud or “any other manner or method in which the recording may exist,” according to the outlet.

Neither Leviss’ rep nor her lawyer immediately returned Page Six’s requests for comment.

Cast member Lala Kent immediately called out Leviss for sending the letter.

“Raquel, tell your little Mickey Mouse lawyer that if he has stuff to send over, he can send things to my lawyer, same with the rest of my friends and cast all right?” Kent, 32, firmly said in a since-deleted selfie Instagram Story video on Tuesday.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star claimed that she “never in my life” has had an lawyer contact her via her “personal email” rather than a lawyer’s email.

“I don’t know if you know how this works. I know you’re pretty brand new to the game — didn’t last long — look what you did with your f – king 15 minutes,” Kent continued, referring to Leviss having an affair with Ariana Madix’s now ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval.

Kent appeared to get more upset the more she discussed the matter as she zoomed in on her face several times to emphasise, “that’s why we have counsel, K?”

“I don’t wanna deal! I have a life going on, I got a little baby to take care of. I don’t wanna see that in the morning, I don’t wanna see that ever! Send it to Darrell!” Kent continued, referring to prominent entertainment lawyer, Darrell D. Miller, Page Six confirmed.

Page Six reported last Friday that Madix, 37, found out Leviss and Sandoval were having a “months-long” affair after seeing the sexually explicit video on his phone.

A source told us that Madix was left “heartbroken,” as she had “no idea there were any issues” in her nearly decade-long relationship with the bar owner.

“Ariana was blindsided by the cheating,” the source shared, adding that Madix and Sandoval had been “affectionate in public recently”.

The insider noted that Madix feels “betrayed” by Leviss, whom she considered a “friend”.

Although the Bravo show’s cast has been vocal with their outrage on social media, there will be more to come on TV later this year, as cameras have been rolling on the fallout of the affair.

The network gave fans a behind-the-scenes look of James Kennedy filming a confessional Monday for an upcoming episode. A clapperboard held in front of the DJ’s face revealed the scene was called “Scandoval” and would be part of the series’ ongoing 10th season.

“We have resumed filming on #PumpRules and this story will be unfolding on camera,” Bravo captioned the snapshot.
