DESPITE having no musical talent, Kim Kardashian was determined to steal the show at this year’s MTV VMAs with a daring outfit labelled as a “sexy attempt at a poncho”.

IT’S well known that at the MTV VMAs anything goes - making this the most exciting red carpet of all the awards ceremonies.
And this year certainly didn’t disappoint - basically, it was one big hot mess.

Sticking to the “daring” theme, Kim Kardashian was determined to steal the show and prove she’s still very committed to plunging necklines.

Stepping out in what Perez Hilton called a “sexy attempt at a poncho”, the tapestry-inspired number from Balmain’s 2015 Resort Collection showed off exactly what Kardashian shows off most.
Kardashian, who is a presenter on the night arrived with sisters Kendall and Kylie to support Kanye West, who is nominated for Best Hip Hop Video for Black Skinhead.
Not wanting to be outdone, Katy Perry and RiFF RAFF wore double denim on the double in a nod to Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake’s 2001 American Music Awards fashion disaster.
RAFF accompanied the singer to promote his new remix of Katy’s song This Is How We Do - but we’re wondering if they were promoting a whole lot more than that.
Meanwhile, all eyes were also on Amber Rose, wife of Wiz Khalifa and ex-girlfriend of Kanye West who turned up in this head-turning, body-baring getup by Laura Dewitt.
The model, actress and recording artist wore a bedazzled chained bra and G-string which resembled the outfit Rose McGowan wore to the same awards in 1998. Check.It.Out.
