A 36-year-old actress has made a long-awaited return to showbiz, and wowed fans with her striking transformation.

Lindsay Lohan looked very different as she shared a glamorous new snap.

The 36-year-old has made a long awaited return to showbiz with a brand new podcast called The Lohdown, The Sun reports.

In the clip, Lindsay is seen with a side parting and dramatic white dress as she pouts for the camera.

Lindsay rose to fame as a child star in the hit Disney remakes like The Parent Trap and Freaky Friday, and eventually landed roles in Herbie: Fully Loaded and Mean Girls.

Between 2007 and 2012 Lindsay made headlines for a series of booze-fuelled decisions.

In May 2007, the Parent Trap star received her first DUI after she crashed her Mercedes while in possession of cocaine.

Three years later, she was outfitted with an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet after skipping out on a court appearance and having her probation revoked.

In 2010, she served two weeks in prison for not adhering to probation guidelines.

Then, in 2011, she was taken back into custody after stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewellery store.

After a troubled few years, the star spent time away from America and living in countries like Greece and the United Arab Emirates, before becoming engaged to Bader Shammas on November 28, 2021.

Just seven months after publicising her engagement, the Parent Trap star married.

“I am the luckiest woman in the world,” shared Lindsay in her Instagram post on July 1.

“You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband. My life and my everything.

“Every woman should feel like this everyday.”
