Julia Fox denies persistent rumour about her weight loss

Julia Fox has hit back at a persistent rumour about her slim frame, as photos show just how much the star’s physique has changed.

Julia Fox has blasted rumours that she is using the weight loss drug Ozempic to maintain her thin frame.

The always-candid Uncut Gems star said in a new interview that she would “never” take the drug, which is meant for people with diabetes, for weight loss because there are patients who genuinely need it to live.

“All these people are coming for me saying that I take the weight-loss things – people are saying that I’m taking Ozempic or whatever it’s called – I’m not, and I never have,” Fox told Entertainment Tonight.

“I would never do that. There are diabetics that need it.”

Fox’s Forbidden Fruits podcast co-host, Niki Takesh, echoed the actress’ sentiments about using the drug for weight loss.

“It’s a diabetes medication, and there’s people that actually need it,” Takesh added, referring to an ongoing shortage caused by the demand for people using it as a diet hack.

It’s unclear how Fox, 33, found herself at the centre of Ozempic rumours when she has already admitted to going for liposuction and Botox.

“I’m, like, saggy – like, things are not sitting the way they used to,” she told Elle magazine in an interview published in February, adding that she was “not gonna do a damn thing about it”.

The star has been vocal about her desire to age gracefully despite Hollywood pressures to maintain a youthful look.

“Just so you guys know, ageing is fully in. Like, fully,” she said on TikTok. “If I see another product that says anti-ageing on the label, I’m suing. I’m going to sue.

“I’m going to age regardless of if I put that f***ing $500 serum on my face, and you all f***ing know it and we know it, so let’s stop lying to ourselves,” Fox continued.
