There were chaotic scenes outside Dua Lipa’s gig in Sydney on Wednesday night after a ticketing app crash left hundreds of fans shut outside the venue.
Throngs of people were seen lining up outside Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney’s Olympic Park after the Ticketek app stopped working, leaving revellers unable to prove they had a ticket.
Fans were forced to dig through emails for confirmations, with security then manually checking each one.
The delays meant some Dua Lipa fans were still outside the arena at 9pm - 30 minutes after the One Kiss singer was due to take the stage.
