The 61-year-old television personality hit the ruby rug at The Star in Sydney wearing a floor length royal blue gown by Aussie designer Mary Ioannidis. The bold number showed off plenty of cleavage and a whole lotta leg.

Swanning down the red carpet in the flowing frock, KAK had a cheeky Madonna moment as she accidentally flashed her backside in front of the madly snapping photographers.

Whoops! KAK revealed a little too much on the ASTRAS red carpet.
