NO-ONE wants to run into their ex for the first time in front of a bunch of people and television cameras. Which is why Sam Frost made a swift exit from Derby Day when she heard Blake was on his way.

According to the Herald Sun, ex-Bachelorette Sam Frost posed for pictures with her girlfriends, including fellow Bachelorette Chantel, in the Swisse marquee before exclaiming “I can’t handle this” and making a dash out the back door.

The reason for her speedy exit was the possibility of running into her ex-fiance Blake Garvey who was also there posing for pictures.

Blake didn’t seem too fazed by the drama though, taking it all in his stride and flashing his pearly whites for the cameras. There was no sign of Blake’s new love, third place runner up Louise Pillidge.

And so the saga continues!
