Taylor Swift’s surprise move amid Blake Lively drama

As Blake Lively battles with former co-star Justin Baldoni, her BFF Taylor Swift has made a move that’s bound to surprise many.

Taylor Swift is planning to watch Travis Kelce’s charge for NFL history with some A-list friends in New Orleans, including Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs will become the first team ever to land three Super Bowls on the bounce if they beat the Philadelphia Eagles on February 9.

It promises to be one hell of a party, and a source close to the superstar couple has told The U.S. Sun that invites are on their way to a bunch of their highrolling pals.

The Cruel Summer star wants Lively - who was at last year’s Super Bowl in Las Vegas with the singer and is a close friend - and husband Reynolds, Ice Spice, Sabrina Carpenter, Selena Gomez, and Benny Blanco to be by her side in what promises to be an emotional night in NOLA.

Taking in the action at one of one of the most significant sporting events on earth will also help close friend Lively take her mind off her very public sexual harassment case with It Ends with Us co-star Jason Baldoni.

Swift, 35, has been yanked into a Hollywood showdown between actress and friend Lively, 37, and filmmaker Baldoni, 41.

Baldoni has claimed in the lawsuit that Lively implied Swift was her secret weapon in a high-stakes showdown over changes she made to a rooftop scene in their movie.

Baldoni claims the meeting — also attended by Deadpool star Reynolds — turned into a pressure-cooker moment, with Swift allegedly being used to strong-arm him into submission.

However, another insider told The U.S. Sun that Swift and Lively’s relationship remains on track.

Kelce and Reynolds are also close.

The NFL star has been invited to watch Reynolds’ Wrexham soccer team, while co-owner and actor Rob McElhenney has a tight relationship with fellow Philadelphia legend Jason Kelce.

“Blake and Ryan have been talking with Taylor and Travis about it when they spent days together a couple of months ago, and they told them not to book anything for that time of the year and to get ready to go to New Orleans at the beginning of the year,” the source said.

Just months after cosying up with Swift and her NFL superstar boyfriend, Lively and Reynolds now find themselves at the centre of a bitter legal war with actor-director Baldoni.

The drama detonated when Lively slapped Baldoni with a shocking sexual harassment complaint, alleging he fostered a toxic storm on the set of It Ends With Us.

But Baldoni didn’t just sit back — he fired back with a staggering $400 million lawsuit against Lively and Reynolds, accusing the power couple of launching a smear campaign to obliterate his reputation.

And if that wasn’t enough, the New York Times fuelled the fire with an exposé based on Lively’s accusations — sparking yet another lawsuit, with Baldoni suing the newspaper for defamation.

Baldoni claims in court docs that Lively hijacked the entire film production in a stunning twist, plotting behind the scenes to control the script and take him down.

He alleges he was blindsided when Reynolds — joined by a mystery “mega-celebrity” friend — ambushed him during a crucial meeting, praising him for Lively’s rewritten rooftop scene and piling on the pressure.

Baldoni dropped a massive hint in the lawsuit about the identity of this A-list accomplice, with leaked text messages showing him name-dropping someone called Taylor.
