MILEY Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger have reportedly split after efforts to try and salvage their five-month relationship soured.

MILEY Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger have reportedly split after efforts to try and salvage their five-month relationship soured.

“It’s not a break,” a source told People magazine. “It’s done.”

“They’re just in two different places in their lives — he’s in college and she’s focused on her music and career,” the source said.

The split is believed to be amicable but appears to have stemmed from numerous paparazzi photos of Schwarzenegger being fawned over by different women.

In March, Schwarzenegger was spotted getting close to a girl while on spring break in Mexico. Then just days later his ex girlfriend Taylor Burns was sphotographed rubbing sunscreen into his body.

Cyrus was said to have been “embarrassed” by the pictures.

The pair reportedly tried to work through things after he insisted to Cyrus that he didn’t cheat on her.

However the distance between them made it too hard and the pair has reportedly decided to remain friends.
