Jon Hamm and girlfriend of 18 years Jennifer Westfeldt split

MAD MEN actor Jon Hamm and girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt have ended their 18 year long relationship.

JON Hamm is back on the market after ending his long term relationship with Jennifer Westfeldt.

“With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history,” the couple told NY Post in a joint statement. “We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward.”

Speculation of the couple’s split has swirled for months. Hamm, 44, and Wesfeldt, 45, made their last public appearance together on July 22 at the after-party for Netflix’s “Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp” in NYC where eyewitnesses said they were “canoodling all night.”

The “Mad Men” star struggled with alcohol addiction and completed rehab earlier this year, crediting Westfeldt as a supportive force during his treatment.
