TMZ reports the former couple’s respective business managers have worked out a settlement agreement involving both property and custody and that the divorce documents will cite irreconcilable differences.

The 42-year-old actress and the 38-year-old Coldplay frontman split in March 2014 after 10 years of marriage — a decision they described as “conscious uncoupling.”

The pair have remained friendly, sharing time with their two children, daughter Apple, 11 next month, and son Moses, nine. It’s thought they will share joint custody.

Both stars have now moved on and are openly involved with other people — Gwyneth is dating Glee producer Brad Falchuk, while Chris was reportedly seeing Jennifer Lawrence for a while towards the end of 2014.

The Iron Man star opened up about her marriage breakdown in a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, revealing she and Martin got married and started a family “very fast,” adding that Martin, who was 25 when they met, was “too young” at five years her junior.
