SHARON Osbourne has taken a swipe at reality star Kim Kardashian for treating her daughter North like a “fashion accessory”.

REALITY television star Kim Kardashian should stop treating her 18-month-old daughter North like a fashion accessory, a disgruntled Sharon Osbourne has declared.
The outspoken entertainment identity, who’s married to rocker Ozzy Osbourne, is riled up over Kardashian and her rapper husband Kanye West constantly dressing their child in fur.
“It makes me physically sick,” Osbourne told The Mirror newspaper.
The famous tot is often dragged to high-profile events from parties to fashion shows, decked out in expensive duds, including tiny fur coats.
Osbourne was far from subtle when implying Kardashian and West were uneducated for supporting the fur industry.
“Wearing (fur) is a very dated way of showing everyone how rich you are. Our grandparents did it, but now we’ve been educated. It’s cruel to keep the trade going.”
Osbourne, who is a spokesperson for the group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), said the powerful lobby group had Kardashian on their naughty list.
“I know PETA has asked the Kardashians to stop. (North) isn’t an accessory. She shouldn’t be wearing ugly couture clothes.”

While speaking to the paper, Osbourne also took a swipe at the wider Kardashian clan, who she thinks are only famous because of their looks.
The talk show host and her colourful family paved the way for a slew of people-focused reality TV shows, after the success of their series The Osbournes, which began in 2002.
“We’re in the limelight as Ozzy is an international star, but their fame is built purely on beauty,” Osbourne said.
“Who do you know who has five stunning daughters? Every family has at least one dud. I respect and like them, but their morals are different to ours.”
