Ariana Grande assured fans that she’s “healthy” after they claimed she was “too thin” in recent photos.

The thank u next singer got candid in a three-minute TikTok video Wednesday, urging her followers to be more mindful before sharing their opinion on others’ appearances.

“The body that you’ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body. I was on a lot of antidepressants and drinking on them and eating poorly,” she explained.

“[I was] at the lowest point of my life when I looked the way you consider my healthy, but that in fact wasn’t my healthy.”

The former Nickelodeon alum went on, “I know I shouldn’t have to explain that. But I do feel like maybe having an openness and some sort of vulnerability here, good might come from it.”

Fans began to comment on Grande’s appearance after photos emerged of her attending Jeff Goldblum’s jazz concert in London last week.

She and her Wicked co-star, Cynthia Erivo, looked glam as they stepped out in support of their pal, with Grande bundling up in an oversized pink coat.

“Ariana Grande looks worryingly thin,” one person tweeted in response to the images, while another chimed in, “Very controversial opinion but she’s seriously too thin … I’m worried for her.”

Elsewhere in the TikTok clip, the One Last Time chart topper said she believes people should feel “less comfortable” commenting on others’ bodies, even if they’re well-meaning.

“There are ways to compliment someone or to ignore something that you see that you don’t like, that I think we should help each other work towards,” she said.

“We should aim toward being safer, and keeping each other safer.”

Grande, who is currently filming the movie adaptation of Broadway musical Wicked, said “healthy can look different” on different people.

“You never know what someone is going through,” she said.

“So even if you are coming from a loving place and a caring place, that person probably is working on it or has a support system that they are working on it with. Be gentle with each other and with yourselves.”

She concluded the PSA by sharing a message of love to her fans.

“I think you’re beautiful. No matter what you’re going through. No matter what weight, no matter how you like to do your makeup these days, no matter what cosmetic procedures you’ve had or not or anything,” she said.

The 7 Rings singer has previously spoken about her struggles with anxiety and depression, along with PTSD after the bombing at her 2017 Manchester concert killed 22 people.
