Players from the Matildas showed off their glamorous side on Tuesday night, leading the arrivals at this year’s Marie Claire Women of the Year Awards - which came towards the end of a year of astonishing success for our women’s football team.

The annual awards ceremony is used to celebrate the game-changers who’ve led with passion, fought with bravery and inspired the nation throughout the year.

Kyah Simon, Charli Grant and Lydia Williams swapped their football kits for red carpet glam as they joined an array of other Aussie stars, all of whom had come out to show their love for women who have been killing it this year.
