A former teen star was spotted enjoying a vacation with his wife

A former teen star who recently opened up about his struggle with body image issues in the past was spotted enjoying a vacation.

Former teen star Taylor Lautner was spotted enjoying a vacation with his wife, Taylor Lautner.

And no, that’s not an error. Taylor Lautner married Taylor Dome in 2022 and to add to the Taylor confusion, she took his last name.

Anyway, they were soaking up the sun together in Mexico and looking gorgeous.

The actor was wearing board shorts and showing off his fit physique, while the other Taylor (Dome) looked lovely in a white one-piece.

The male Lautner, 32, became hugely famous in 2008 for playing the werewolf Jacob Black in the box office hit Twilight, which was based on the best-selling books.

Lautner was only 16 when he nabbed that role, and went on to star in all four movies in the franchise and had to get into incredible shape for the role.

He recently opened up about how starring in those movies led to some body image issues on his podcast, The Squeeze, which he co-hosts with his wife.

“When I was in it, when I was 16 through 20 years old, starring in this franchise where my character is known for taking his shirt off every other second, no, I did not know that it was affecting me or going to affect me in the future with body image. But now, looking back at it, of course, it did, and of course, it is going to,” he said.

Lautner said that to stay fit for the films; he spent his “entire life” going to the gym and eating a diet to keep himself bulked up.

“So yeah, that wasn’t my natural body. I had to work very hard for it and very, very hard to maintain it,” he said.

Once Lautner stopped with the rigorous training, his body began to change again.

“What happens when you don’t want to see a gym? You start losing the eight-pack. I started having more normal of a body,” he said.

Lautner then went on to play characters in films that were far less physically demanding and therefore he didn’t need to stay in that kind of shape anymore but people online kept comparing his current body to his old one.

“Seeing it online where they put the side-by-sides of me shirtless in the ocean in a scene from that movie compared to me in Eclipse or whatever and being like, ‘Wow, he’s let it all go.’ I was like, ‘Oh, man. Did I really let it all go?’ I didn’t think I looked that bad,” he said.
