WingHAÜS by Bavarian is a wing-packed spin-off of The Bavarian family inspired by its popular buffalo wings.
The venue itself is a lively sports bar with 30 TVs that can screen multiple sports games simultaneously.
There are locations in Brisbane and Sydney, however, while the food is available in Toowoomba there is no physical venue. Instead, the menu is available on UberEats and Menulog.
Rockpool Dining Group CEO Thomas Pash said the concept was such a hit they offered the WingHAÜS menu from all Bavarian venues.
“Customers are more open to the idea of food delivery services than ever before,” he said.
“So while there isn’t a physical WingHAÜS venue in Toowoomba, it has been available for four weeks, and it operates out of The Bavarian kitchen.”
The WingHAÜS menu is all about wings, burgers and great snacks, including hot chips and gravy, buffalo ranch chips, Texas ranch chips, potato gems, and mash and gravy, that are designed go well with live TV sports and good beers.
There are three types of wings, with a choice of eight hot sauces, as well as five dips.
There are also six burgers and a range of burger combo deals, a mix of burgers, fries, wings, sauces and sodas, and party packs that include a mixture of fried, boneless, and cauliflower wings, sauces and side dishes.
The combo meals and party packs cater well to families and groups.
While there is some overlap in wings and burgers on The Bavarian menu, none of the combo and party packs are available.
Mr Pash said WingHAÜS had proved to be extremely popular since launching it into the Toowoomba market, and was attracting lots of new customers.
“American-style wings have never been more popular in Australia than they are now, and our Toowoomba customers can’t get enough of them,” he said.
“In comparison, many of those who order The Bavarian tend to be customers who have visited the venue, know our classic German dishes well and order those to enjoy in the convenience of their own home.
“With both brands in the market, customers can easily find dishes they are looking for, and our customer reach has broadened.”
