Top lawyer Ken Philp joins Clifford Gouldson Lawyers in Toowoomba

A popular city law firm has welcomed one of Australia’s best lawyers and a “go-to” litigator for intellectual property offences.

One of Australia’s most experienced intellectual property lawyers has joined Clifford Gouldson Lawyers’ Intellectual Property practice.

Ken Philp joined the ranks on February 2, and boasts a massive client and referral network that extends from Australia to the USA, Europe, Canada and Asia.

He is widely referred to as the “go-to” lawyer and support for providing advice on protecting and litigation copyright, trade marks, design and patent issues, brand protection and confidential information.
