THE Toowoomba Farmers Market has launched an online store so customers are able to pre-order products from stallholders ahead of the markets on Saturdays.
It is the first time the market, which operates next to the Cobb and Co Museum every Saturday, has had an online store.
Manager Robyn Ayles said the vast majority of storeholders had signed on to offer their produce on the online store.
"We'll hopefully have everything at the market up there eventually," she said.
"We just thought we'd offer it as a service for people a bit worried to come out (because of the virus) or who have young children they can't leave on their own or mobility issues.
"People can order before 7pm on Thursday and collect from the market from 9am on the Saturday."
The market will still operate as normal this weekend, though with social distancing rules enforced.
