Toowoomba firm scores national marketing award

MCCONACHIE Stedman has showcased its industry talent at the 2018 Accountants Daily Australian Accounting Awards.

The Toowoomba accounting firm walked away with the coveted Marketing Program of the Year award.

The national awards ceremony was hosted by the Hyatt Regency in Sydney and attracted firms from across the country who competed for 31 prestigious industry awards.

McConachie Stedman directors Scott Maroske and Ben Horner attended the event as representatives of the firm.

Mr Maroske said he was honoured to accept the award on behalf of the firm and overjoyed at taking out the title.

"This award is testament to the vision and tenacity of our marketing team," he said.

"Their commitment to continuous improvement and their determination to be a leader in their field has placed them in the national spotlight.

"Last year, we made strides to elevate our marketing strategy and invested resources into harnessing the power of social media to tell the story of our firm. There is no doubt that it has paid off."

Established in 1948, McConachie Stedman is the largest, locally-owned accounting firm on the Darling Downs.
