Following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, a one-off national day of mourning was created to pay homage to the late monarch.

Shopping:
Coles (all stores): Open.
Woolworths (all stores): Open.
Aldi (all stores): Open
Kmart (all stores): Open
Big W (all stores): Open.
Grand Central: Open(trading hours vary for individual stores).
Clifford Gardens: Open (trading hours vary for individual stores).
Bunnings (all stores): Open.
Eating:
2nd Shot Cafe: Open until 1.30pm
Club Toowoomba: Open from 12pm.
The Southern Hotel: Cafe Inferno open from 9am.
Aromas Cafe: Open from 6.30am to 2pm.
Junktion Coffee House: Open 8am to 2pm, and 5pm to 8pm.
The Finch (both locations): Closed.
Cafe De Velo: Open from 7am.
Sofra Turkish Cuisine: Open from 4pm.
Fitzy’s Toowoomba: Closed
Westy’s Pizza, Westbrook: Open 12pm to 8pm.
Bernborough Tavern: Bistro closed. Bar and bottle shop open from 10am.
Yodthai Restaurant: Open 4.30pm to 8.30pm.
