A penthouse in a luxurious new tower on the Gold Coast tower has sold-off-the plan in the biggest deal of the year.

An ultra-luxurious full-floor penthouse at David Devine’s Royale Gold Coast apartment tower has sold off-the-plan for more than $19m.
On level 35 of the six-star tower on the exclusive Northcliffe Tce beachfront strip in Surfers Paradise, the 706 sqm penthouse was bought by an unnamed Brisbane-based professional in a deal struck by TOTAL Property Group.
It is the biggest apartment sale in Queensland this year.
Currently under construction by Hutchinson Builders, the 38-level tower is being delivered by DD Living, led by Devine, and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
Devine says the $19,180,053 penthouse sale marks an exciting chapter for Royale Gold Coast and demonstrates strong ongoing demand for premium beachfront developments.
“This penthouse home represents the pinnacle of beachfront living and it’s very rewarding to see it so well received by a buyer who truly appreciates the architectural vision and lifestyle we’ve created,” he says.
“The Royale site is one of the most valuable beachfront parcels in the country, and our vision from the beginning was to create something of six-star international standard.”
Among the standout features of the penthouse is the gourmet kitchen, appointed with premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and finished with elegant Italian natural stone.
It also includes a generous butler’s pantry and an oversized laundry. A striking glass wine cellar and full-sized bar seamlessly connect to the formal dining area, which has been designed to comfortably accommodate 14 guests.
Occupying the entire eastern wing, the master suite features a sitting area, a walk-in wardrobe with makeup vanity, and a resort-style ensuite with a freestanding bath, double shower, and floor-to-ceiling glass framing the panoramic coastline.
The tower’s six-star facilities include two lagoon-style beachfront swimming pools. There is also a spa, steam room, cold plunge pool, sauna and yoga terrace, as well as Club Royale – a private residents’ facility with a Cuccina kitchen, executive lounge and wine cellar, all overlooking the ocean.
